The supervisor will also support team coaching initiative and escalation support from internal and external customers. **Key Accountabilities**: - Collaborate with product development, finance, other internal teams and distributors. - Collect and analyze pricing data, sales data, market intelligence and market conditions. - Manage team KPI and prepare pricing and sales reports to present findings to senior management for decision-making. - Use data-driven methods to review prices and sales across different product categories. - Ensure pricing structures are aligned with the overall business strategy and profit margins. - Communicate pricing changes effectively across teams and customers to ensure proper implementation. - Assist in forecasting processes by providing insights into pricing impacts and future sales analysis. - Monitor the profitability of different product lines based on pricing strategies and overall sales trends. - Lead report development and system improvement for sales and pricing team with goal of automatization of some reporting aspect. - Provide training and guidance to pricing and sales team members on processes improvement and tools. - Act as a main point of contact for pricing and sales related inquiries across the organization. - Handle day to day escalation for sales and pricing items. **Required Competencies**: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role related to sales or pricing - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Powerpoint and SQL - Excellent team member coaching and relation building skills - Experience in the automotive industry is an asset - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Solid organization and time management skills - Excellent communication skills
