- Job Summary:

SinaLite is on the lookout for a Print Estimating Supervisor to lead our estimators to greatness As the Estimating Supervisor, you'll be the key player in balancing profitability and customer satisfaction. You'll not only prepare estimates with precision but also ensure our team excels in meeting company-wide goals and objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Customer Service/Estimating:

- Prepare estimates for production jobs based on customer specifications.
- Price all production work, including nonstandard projects.
- Organize department workflow to meet customer deadlines.
- Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for projects.
- Manage team communications professionally and efficiently.
- Attend to customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Train and supervise staff, conduct performance reviews, and support HR in recruitment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Sales and Marketing:

- Keep the team educated on new technology and product offerings.
- Support customer sales through service, education, and effective problem-solving.
- Assist in promoting cost-effective customer-oriented solutions.
- Participate in production meetings to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Be available and responsive to the needs of our clientele.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Fiscal Responsibility:

- Maintain pricing and discount terms continuously.
- Manage the computerized estimating system, updating it regularly with customer information.
- Work with cost accounting to determine hourly rates and production standards.
- Coordinate with the management team to determine timeline requirements.
- Research and recommend cost-saving potentials to management.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Personnel and General Management:

- Manage Estimating team members, including performance management.
- Drive continuous improvement within the team.
- Participate in the recruitment process and encourage team members to explore new roles.
- Create a positive, motivating work atmosphere.
- Conduct formal performance reviews and initiate disciplinary measures when needed.
- Ensure a compliant work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications:

- University/College degree in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of estimating experience.
- Knowledgeable in cost accounting, printing processes, and supplies.
- Experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Familiarity with printing operations.
- Excellent command of English in both written and oral forms.
- Excellent math skills.
- Computer literate and current on new technology.
- Hardworking, self-starter, and problem solver.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Exceptional phone and customer service skills.
- Meet or exceed minimum test results as specified by the hiring manager.
- Working Conditions:

- Intensive computer work and extended keyboard/mouse use.
- Occasional lifting of objects up to 30 lbs.
- Moderate to loud noise level.
- Exposure to ink and chemical fumes.
- Appearance must represent the company image.
- Additional hours may be required.
