**JOB SUMMARY**

**What a day in the role entails**:

- Conduct independent market research to support investment reports - mystery shopping, rate checks and intelligence gathering.
- Cold-calling, qualifying key leads and prioritizing others.
- Review municipal zoning by-laws and development parameters to create site plans.
- Identify risks to operations
- Working and collaborating directly with Acquisition Manager
- Diligently tracking and documenting leads in the CRM system.
- Consult and adapt to evolving real estate prospecting environment.
- Understanding fundamentals and technical requirements of real estate (specifically storage facilities) to demonstrate Make Space’s value proposition.
- Create awareness of, and boost interest in, company objectives, and set follow-up calls with Acquisition Manager
- Regular feedback, training, and guidance.

- Tech Savvy - not afraid of new software, strong knowledge of MS Office 365 and CRM

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Urban Land Economics or Finance
- 2-3 years of real estate experience in asset management, development, appraisals, brokerage, or related sectors.
- Familiarity with real estate valuations and related legal documents.
- Commercial acumen
- Experience working with senior decision-makers and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Intermediate to Expert -level MS Excel
- Experience with financial Modelling, development of proformas and cash flow analysis is considered an asset.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
