**Role Description**

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Development Manager located in New Westminter, BC.

1. The Real Estate Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing real estate development projects from inception to completion.

2. Responsible for proactively working through all municipal approval process on the project, including but not limited to: demolition approvals, Development Permit (DP) approval, Building Permit (BP) approval, design approvals, Off site construction, and Occupancy Permit (OP) approval.

3. Offering a key function being the company representative in communicating with the external relationship and the third parties to create a favorable social environment for the development of the company.

4. Based on the company's development strategy, organizing, formulating, and conducting the schedule of the project; monitoring the plan implementation; ensuring the municipal approval process and the cooperation with the third parties adhering to the project timeline.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree or above in Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- English proficiency

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate development

Experience in coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders

Previous experience in real estate development in New Westminster is a plus

Strong communication skills, with the proven ability to rapidly cultivate trust and collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
