**About the Opportunity**
- Develop and execute the financial strategy to support the company’s overall business objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for multiple divisions and companies.
- Manage and optimize the company’s financial performance and cash flow, ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis efforts, providing insightful and actionable recommendations to the executive team.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, implementing effective internal controls.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
- Utilize Jonas Accounting software to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Oversee the management of the company’s acquisition fund, ensuring prudent investment and utilization of the $100 million allocated for strategic growth.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

**About You**
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within a multi-divisional or multi-company environment
- Strong proficiency in Jonas Accounting software is highly desirable
- Demonstrated expertise in financial strategy, planning, and analysis
- Experience managing acquisition funds and executing mergers and acquisitions

**Salary Range**
$300,000 - $350,000/year
