- Implement the company's financial strategy.
- Manage financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Ensure full transparency of the company's financial performance.
- Advise on how to increase revenues and reduce costs.
- Communicate potential risks effectively and clearly in a timely manner.
- Propose action plans to ensure annual financial targets are met.
- Support the General Manager in the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans.
- Lead and develop finance teams.
- Take ultimate responsibility for the company's cash management policies.
- Ensure punctuality and accuracy of customer invoicing and payments.
- Coordinate and produce all required tax documents.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA or CPA)
- More than 10 years' experience in a financial management position.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite and Microsoft Dynamics SL financial reporting software.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strategic, results-oriented thinker and planner.
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels
