**Location **Toronto, Ontario

**Job Purpose**

Reporting to the CFO, this position is responsible for providing administrative support for Starlight’s in

**Major Duties/Responsibilities**

**Administrative tracking for the distribution of**:

- Starlight Fun Centers
- Starlight Comfort Kit Program
- Starlight National Grants Program
- Starlight Treasure Chest Program
- Starlight Nintendo Switch Program

**Other**
- Manage Starlight’s web-based Hospital Wish Platform
- Prepare month end program activity report for submission to National Office
- Communication with hospitals
- Manage all deadlines, including program reports
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements/Qualifications**

▪ Must have functional written and spoken French
▪ Administrative experience 1 year (preferred)
▪ Post-secondary education (preferred)
▪ Excellent computer skills and the ability to work with Microsoft Office software including Word,

Excel and Outlook
▪ Must be extremely well organized, flexible and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
▪ Must have strong communication skills
▪ Successful completion of criminal and voluntary sector background check
