**Responsibilities**:
- Training Development: Create and update training materials for auto glass repair and replacement.
- Training Delivery: Conduct in-person and virtual sessions for new hires and current technicians, including hands-on demonstrations.
- Health & Safety: Enforce all health and safety regulations.
- Technical Expertise: Perform complex repairs, provide technical support, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Skill Assessment: Evaluate and provide feedback on technicians' skills, offering additional training when necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Integrate the latest industry advancements into training.
- Travel: Occasionally travel to other provinces to train technicians and support operations.
- Documentation: Maintain records of training, progress, and certification, and generate reports on outcomes.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training in auto glass repair preferred.
- Extensive experience in auto glass repair with strong technical expertise.
- Experience in training or mentoring roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and conduct effective training.
**Skills**:
- Certification in auto glass repair.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Proficiency with training software and tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
