**Job Title**: Technical Trainer ( Auto / Manufacturing Industry)

**Position Overview**:
The **Auto Glass Technical Trainer** is responsible for creating, implementing, and enhancing training programs designed to improve the skills and technical knowledge of auto glass technicians. This role ensures technicians are prepared to perform repairs and replacements at a high level of quality. Responsibilities include instructional content development, delivering hands-on training sessions, and evaluating training outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Create and regularly revise training materials such as manuals, guides, and modules focused on best practices in auto glass services.
- **Training Facilitation**: Conduct in-person and virtual training for both new hires and current technicians. Lead practical, skills-based instruction and demonstrations.
- **Safety Leadership**: Emphasize and ensure adherence to all safety protocols during training and in operational environments.
- **Expert Technical Support**: Perform complex glass repair and replacement procedures when required. Serve as a knowledge resource and provide assistance in difficult service scenarios. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Evaluate technician capabilities through testing and observation. Provide feedback and recommend further training as needed to uphold service quality.
- **Program Improvement**: Incorporate new tools, techniques, and industry innovations to continually enhance the training program.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel occasionally across provinces to deliver training and support service teams at various locations.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of training activities, track technician progress, and manage certifications. Produce reports to measure the impact of training and identify areas for development.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in auto glass repair is a plus.
- Extensive hands-on experience in auto glass installation and repair.
- Experience in training, mentoring, or teaching roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver structured training content.
- Organized and detail-oriented.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in auto glass repair and replacement.
- Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design.
- Experience using digital training tools or learning platforms.
