This Systems Trainer position is a **new role **to join our Operations team.
- You will play an integral role by being responsible for implementing and training on the collision operations systems and assisting with the Operations plan for Collision Centres across Canada

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Implement and train on collision management system
- Assist with the Strategic Plan
- Provide training on management system workflow process
- Complete facility and operation reviews
- Assist with OEM certifications
- Provide constructive coaching, feedback, and communicate Collision Centres goals and expectations in a manner that ensures team member success
- Process creation and improvement
- Share best practices within the collision centres

**What You Bring to the Table but we’re totally flexible for the right person**
- Minimum of 2-years experience in a Collision Centre Estimator, Production Manager, Collision Trainer or Manager role is of benefit.
- Experience using Collision Centre's systems is a requirement
- Experience in Mitchell Repair Centre is an asset
- Experience in Progi is an asset
- Ability to be professional and deliver exceptional service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, perform a variety of tasks and meet required deadlines and targets.
- Results-driven and career-focused individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to be successful
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful
- Excellent people management skills such as leadership, team development, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring, and supervisory skills
- Excellent skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Highly skilled in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.).
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history.
- Bilingual would be an asset
- Travel will be a requirement
