**Job Summary**

Kitchen Helper: Assist with food preparation, basic cooking tasks, and kitchen organization

Server & Cashier: Take orders, serve customers, handle payments, and provide excellent customer service

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and assemble sushi rolls, sashimi, and other menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist in meal preparation, including cutting vegetables, marinating proteins, and preparing sauces.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage practices.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours.
- Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
- Participate in regular training sessions on food safety and culinary techniques to enhance skills.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with the food industry, particularly in meal preparation and food service, is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in the kitchen setting.
