The **Junior Estimator** at Green & Clean Home Solutions is a key player in driving our sales success In this dynamic role, you’ll turn door-to-door leads into real opportunities by booking high-quality estimates for our Lead Estimator. Junior Estimators are not responsible for managing a team, but are vital players who directly contribute to the company’s growth and success through effective communication, attention to detail, and ethical lead handling. With a flexible commitment of 20+ hours per week, you'll spend most of your time on the front lines, calling leads, keeping our pipeline strong, and making sure every detail is accurate. **Responsibilities**

1. Appointment Setting
- Call door-to-door leads and use persuasive, professional communication to book high-quality estimates for the Lead Estimator.
- Track all contact attempts, follow-ups, and outcomes in the system to ensure every lead is accounted for and followed up on.

2. Sales Platform & Pipeline Management
- Use the company’s CRM with precision—logging all call outcomes, notes, and lead statuses while keeping records clean, honest, and fully up-to-date.

3. Administrative & Follow-up Duties
- Allocate ~5% of work hours to admin tasks like CRM updates, submitting data to the Lead Estimator, and ensuring all appointments are prepared with relevant notes and context.

4. Commission Review & Removal
- Verify the legitimacy of all leads called and proactively remove commissions from unqualified leads in accordance with company policy—upholding strict ethical standards.

5. Communication Standards

**Communication with Lead Estimator Expectations**
- Weekly success check-ins (verbal or written) with the Lead Estimator
- Calendar invites used for meetings and key milestones
- Attempt to resolve challenges independently before seeking assistance
- For urgent matters: call the Lead Estimator directly (twice if critical, retry after 30 mins if unanswered)
- Always follow up urgent calls with a brief summary message for context
- Maintain a respectful, concise, and proactive tone in all communications

**Schedule & Time Commitment**:

- **95%** of time (approximately 19 hours/week) should be spent **actively calling leads** and booking appointments.
- **5%** of time (approximately 1 hour/week) should be dedicated to administrative work including note-taking, CRM updates, and report preparation.

**Compensation Options**:
Option 1: Hourly + Bonus Model
- Competitive hourly wage (set at time of hire)
- **$2** per estimate successfully booked
- **$15** per window cleaning job booked
- **$5** per painting estimate booked
- **$25** per painting job booked

Option 2: Commission-Only Model
- 10% commission on window cleaning jobs booked
- 5% commission on painting jobs booked

**Performance Metrics**:

- **Minimum**: 0.5 appointments/hour, 80% show rate, 65% close rate
- **Top Performers**: 1.5+ appointments/hour, 95% show rate, 90% close rate
- High performers may be eligible for leadership opportunities and additional incentives
