- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel with professionalism and courtesy.
- Welcome guests warmly and handle check-ins and check-outs with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to coordinate room readiness and resolve guest concerns
- Process payments, verify identification, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area at all times
- Follow all Marriott and Four Points brand standards, including grooming, service, and operational procedures
- Perform multiple tasks simultaneously and manage priorities effectively during busy periods
- Conduct clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, data entry, and maintaining accurate records of office activities.
- Support administrative functions like proofreading correspondence, managing time-sensitive tasks.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette at all times while handling inquiries with patience and clarity.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills; previous reception or administrative experience is highly preferred.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but training will be provided
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong computer skills (experience with hotel PMS systems such as Lightspeed or Marriott systems is an asset)
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to great guest experiences

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
