Georgetown Toyota is looking for a **Parts Advisor** to join their team in Georgetown for the Summer season.

Our **Parts Advisors** are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling, ordering and stocking parts for the dealership.

The **Parts Advisor** will also advise customers on other available services and build lasting relationships.

**Please note, this is a Seasonal position for May to end of August with Full-Time hours.**

**Job Duties**:

- Greets and assists all customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Sells parts through the shop, by phone, over the counter to customers.
- Assists walk-in and wholesale customers with the selection of parts and informs customers about the product line.
- Provides price quotes and other related parts information.
- Prepares orders daily for shipment, delivery or pick-up.
- Reviews files weekly to keep track of back orders.
- Issues credit for parts returned.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Parts Manager.

**What We Look For**:

- **Previous parts experience is strongly preferred.**:

- Previous Toyota experience is an asset.
- Experience with CDK software is an asset.
- Knowledge of parts, tires, accessories and aftermarket options.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and utilize electronic parts catalogues.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills.
