Junior Automotive Service Advisor

Georgetown Kia has an immediate opening for a full time Junior Service Advisor to join our Team

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Service Advisor with a willingness to learn and ambition to succeed at our Georgetown Kia dealership, located in Georgetown, ON This person will develop relationships of trust with our customers that will last for life.

The Junior Service Advisor will understand that customer satisfaction is the priority for the dealership and treats everyone in a fashion that promotes this ideal, assisting them with their service needs and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

What we are seeking in YOU:

- Sales or customer service experience is required
- Previous Reynolds and Reynolds experience an asset
- Previous experience in a dealership setting is an asset
- Valid G class driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract is required
- Have strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities
- A pleasant and outgoing manner
- Works well in a fast-paced team environment

What YOU will be doing:

- Act as the dealership’s first-line customer relations and service representative
- Sell the proper repairs and/or services responsive to the customers perceived needs
- Present a service menu of recommended maintenance services to every customer
- Obtain accurate parts and labour prices for all customer pay and internal operations using the appropriate price source. If in doubt about pricing, obtain assistance prior to serving customer with a quote or estimate
- Give every customer an estimate at the time the repair order is written
- Obtain the customer's written approval on all repair orders at the time the repair order is written
- Explain dealership / customer property liability as stated upon the authorized Repair Order
- Inform customer of any other repairs recommended by the technical staff after inspection of the vehicle
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and courteously, and make every effort to satisfy the customer's enquiry
- Ensure that repairs have been completed properly prior to turning the vehicle over to the customer
- Assist co-workers in the performance of their duties, to ensure that the customer is served with excellence
- Attend any and all training courses, including manufacturer required, as requested by management
- Undertake any additional position-related duties as directed by management

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
