Sales Support Specialist

Self-motivated, proactive, goal and results oriented individual with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills who understands importance of active listening. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment that includes answering multiple calls and converting leads to sales would be an asset as well as ability to work independently.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**
Our Sales Support Specialist succeeds in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and possesses strong negotiation and communication skills. They are primarily responsible for the conversion of sales leads to leasing appointments, ensuring we are achieving sales and vacancy targets. The Sales Support Specialist works with and provides support to the community teams in maintaining their occupancy rate and achieving vacancy budget.
