**About Us**: ViviGro Sustainable Solutions is a quickly growing company that provides high efficiency, eco-friendly and biodegradable certified organic and sustainable fertilizers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of agricultural and chemical products.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure the best terms.
- Monitor market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and manage inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet our standards.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture / Agro-chemistry, Certificate on Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an asset.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in agricultural product procurement.
- Strong knowledge of the agricultural market and supply chain processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to travel International when the need arises.
- Demonstrated ability to make complex decisions while considering the “big picture” perspective, with a defensible and consistent process.
- Proficiency skill in the operation of Office Suite and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (i.e., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Mandarin or Cantonese language is an asset.**
