ABOUT THE POSITION:
As a Customer Service Representative at Johnvince Foods you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from new and existing customers and providing excelled customer service You will help us by accurately entering orders, handling customer complaints and tracing and tracking orders.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Answers incoming calls for orders and inquires
- Provides product info to customers
- Create new and repeat sales and orders
- Makes outgoing sales calls
- Logs incoming faxes
- Communicates with shipping, accounts receivers and transport companies to ensure delivery requirements are met.
- Investigates customer complaints

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

- Completion of Secondary School
- One year of call centre experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, professional phone skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to successfully work in a team environment
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong mathematical and personal computer skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel is an asset
