**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Plan and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to arrange transportation and resolve any issues or delays.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to internal stakeholders and customers as needed.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, such as shipping manifests, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and international shipping regulations.
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders to meet demand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Provide support and assistance to logistics team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation modes, and supply chain management principles.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools, such as TMS (Transportation Management System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
