**Job Overview**
We are seeking both **Junior** and **Experienced Sushi Chefs** to join our culinary team. All applicants **must be able to make sushi rolls (maki)** with proper technique and consistency.

**Duties**
- Prepare and present sushi rolls (maki) and other dishes according to traditional and modern styles.
- (For experienced chefs) Skillfully fillet and handle raw fish such as salmon and tuna.
- Prepare other ingredients, including sushi rice, vegetables, garnishes, sauces, and condiments.
- Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and assist in cleaning kitchen tools and surfaces.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist with inventory management and ingredient restocking.
- Stay up to date on sushi techniques and trends and continually improve culinary skills.

**Qualifications**
- **Experienced applicants** must have prior work experience in a **Japanese restaurant** and **proficiency in handling raw fish (salmon, tuna)**.
- **Junior applicants** should have at least basic sushi-making experience, particularly in rolling maki.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation procedures.
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with good communication and time management skills.
- Passionate about Japanese cuisine and delivering quality dishes to customers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.39-$24.83 per hour
