Synergy Protection Group Inc. is looking for an experienced and dedicated Tactical Site Supervisor to join our exciting, hard working and growing team

Hours: Monday-Sunday 0700-1900 (continental rotation)

What you will do:

- Patrolling and monitoring designated areas
- Interacting with the public with a customer service approach to security
- Enforcing the Trespass to Property Act.
- Preventing loitering
- Looking out for instances such as threatening, fraudulent, and rude behavior
- Escalating and assisting law enforcement as required
- Completing incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents

What you will bring:

- A valid Ontario security license
- A valid G drivers license and clear drivers abstract
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior tactical supervisory experience is an asset
- Ability to respond well to emergency situations

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
