**We are looking for a talented individual**
To join CLEAResult as an Outreach Manager supporting our Canada-wide Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Portfolio. This Portfolio consists of a variety of energy efficiency programs aimed at the Commercial & Industrial sector across Canada.
As the C&I Outreach Manager, you will work closely with our Program Managers to create and execute outreach strategies to drive Program participation. You will be responsible for creating and executing outreach strategies for 2 to 4 C&I programs across Canada, leading a team of 5 to 8 outreach staff, setting & tracking strategies to achieve program targets, and meeting Program outreach goals.

- Create and execute outreach strategies to Commercial and Industrial customers
- Develop sales funnels and pipelines, focusing on conversion rate, and driving progress to the next step in the sales process.
- Lead team and drive performance to meet or exceed program targets.
- Develop and track strategies to meet outreach and program targets.
- Adjust outreach strategies based on program changes, outreach strategy effectiveness.
- Establish relationships with all stakeholders in the energy efficiency landscape including contractors, channel partners, associations, multi-site accounts, procurement groups, and more.
- Develop creative outreach strategies to meet the specific program needs.
- Determine materials and tools your team might need to be successful.
- Implement new tools and processes to improve the outreach function.
- Stay informed on emerging energy efficiency technologies.
- Recommend new policies and procedures to improve department efficiency.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience such as Energy Efficiency Outreach, or Sales in a utility or environmental aspect
- 2+ years people management
- Experience working with Energy Efficiency Programs
- Established channel partner, association, and/or utility relationships in the target provinces (BC, SK, or ON)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and other outreach tools
- Knowledge of the C&I sector, equipment, and technologies
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Environmental studies, Energy Efficiency or similar
