**What Will You Be Doing?**
As our MEO, you will:
- **Research, Develop, and Implement**: Create cutting-edge educational programs using age-appropriate teaching techniques to captivate and educate diverse audiences.
- **Innovate**: Utilize both online and in-person strategies to maximize the reach and impact of our programs.
- **Engage the Community**: Work with community organizations to support at-risk communities, promoting the safety and well-being of animals and their caregivers.
- **Lead and Inspire**: As a department manager, prioritize projects, create and present engaging content, report on progress, and smash revenue-generating targets.
- **Shape the Future**: Drive new, innovative programs at our brand-new Animal Community Centre, setting the standard for humane education in Regina for years to come.
