- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal offerings.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction levels.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all areas of the restaurant.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry; experience in hotels is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage management is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for food preparation and an understanding of cooking techniques is beneficial.
