**About Our Opportunity**

Reporting to the Manager, Project Management, the Program Manager is responsible for providing coordination and support to facilitate the delivery of a fast paced, diverse portfolio of provincially funded infrastructure projects, as well as projects and programs characterized as having significant complexity and risk.

**Primary Accountabilities**

You will be managing relationships at the senior executive level and responding to emerging requests and program update reports. You will also work closely with project teams to assist with delivery of the capital programs.

This position is within the Building Infrastructure and Asset Management division of NSPHA, Corporate Services, serving all districts.

**Qualifications and Experience**

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, engineering, or architecture from an accredited university, plus six (6) years related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

A strong understanding of project management and design/construction principles and techniques, reporting on complex multiyear, multidiscipline, projects of varying dollar value. Professional maturity to advise on development of strategic infrastructure plans and programs, taking into consideration sustainability and organizational impacts.

You possess exceptional organizational and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to work collaboratively on multiple deadlines simultaneously. You demonstrate leadership qualities, have a knack for building relationships with various stakeholders, and hold a high standard for client service. This position faces frequent pressure for deadlines, as such, your ability to multi-task and adapt in fact-paced environments is critical.

We will assess the above qualifications and competencies using one or more of the following tools: written examination, oral presentations, interview(s), and reference checks.

**Assets**

Experience working in a design and construction environment, PMP designation, and experience with Smartsheet and Yardi are considered assets.
