**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive HSE strategy to ensure compliance and promote best practices.
- Lead and mentor a dynamic team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to embed safety and environmental priorities into our operations.
- Report on HSE performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure staff, contractors, clients, visitors, and all other stakeholders on CWL work sites are informed of, trained in, and adherent to all applicable safe work practices and procedures.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A proactive leader with a degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- CRSP designation (preferred) and extensive knowledge of OH&S regulations.
- Proven track record of managing HSE programs and leading teams in a corporate or industrial environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
- High level of ethics and moral responsibility in everything you do.
