Clean Harbors in **Ryley AB** is currently looking for an **Equipment Operator** to join the team. This position is responsible for safely operating and maintaining heavy equipment at the waste management facility.

- Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
- Operate a variety of equipment, including: Loader, excavators, skid-steers, backhoes and forklifts;
- Operate pumps for water treatment systems;
- Maintain equipment through preventative maintenance;
- Timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork.
- Heavy Equipment Operator Certification an asset;
- 1-3 years previous heavy equipment operating experience;
- Class 5 license required;
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a team and safety focused environment;
- Ability to work in all weather conditions for extended periods of time;
- Ability to travel for out of town projects;
- Ability to lift 50lbs regularly throughout the day.
