**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes within our warehouse. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that all incoming and outgoing packages are handled efficiently and accurately, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

**Duties**
- Process incoming shipments by verifying contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Efficiently load and unload packages using appropriate equipment, including reach trucks.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipment details using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Perform order picking tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Ensure that all packages are properly labeled and packaged for shipment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating warehouse equipment.

**Skills**
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate order processing and inventory management.
- Experience with order picking and shipping/receiving processes in a warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for tracking inventory.
- Ability to operate an order picker and reach truck safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: $16.35-$22.00 per hour
