**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team. The Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing fresh produce orders for delivery to customers. This role requires efficiency, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling perishable items with care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately pick and pack fresh produce orders based on customer specifications and warehouse pick lists.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Assists with picking orders and configuring pallets for outgoing shipments
- Verify product quality and ensure proper handling of delicate fruits and vegetables.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by properly labeling and scanning products when necessary.
- Follow proper stock rotation procedures (FIFO - First In, First Out) to minimize waste.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Work efficiently to meet daily order fulfillment deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse picking areas.
- Follow workplace safety policies, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous warehouse, order picking, or produce handling experience is a plus (but not required).
- Ability to work in a cold storage environment (temperature-controlled warehouse).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order selection.
- Ability to lift up to **50 lbs** and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic math and reading skills for processing orders.
- English Language proficiency (comprehension, speaking, writing, communication)

The primary focus of the Shipper/Receiver/Forklift Operator is to prepare and process customer orders, receive items into the warehouse and report on inventory within the facility. The position is also responsible to participate in Inventory Management functions, ensuring inventory accuracy and monitoring inventory levels within the warehouse.

Working Conditions
- Regular work week schedule between Monday-Friday 7am-5pm.
- Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends if needed. Possible Stat holidays may be required.
