**Job Description**:
Summary of Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed coordination and liaison activities with business and technical teams during the mapping and implementation phases of Guidewire.
- Actively lead or participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of departmental standards and key business metrics such as Net Promoter Score
- Facilitate training programs including OPUS, Guidewire, NPS, and document management.
- Analyze and evaluate results in Micro-strategy and NPS systems
- Develop, share, and deliver a variety of training modules to new and existing team members.
- Act as liaison with project teams for product alignment, process improvements and system enhancements
- Drive transformation using Beneva’s P & C strategic focus on SERVICE, EODB, profitable GROWTH
- Work closely with the process enhancement team to map best practices.
- Facilitate claims audits to ensure compliance with Best Practices and identify training opportunities.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
- Talented communicator of thoughts, ideas and perspectives
- Proven ability to creating reports, manuals, presentations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Superior analytical skills
- Superb time management and organizational skills
- A team-player with innate leadership attributes
- Accountable, customer-centric, and a natural desire to exceed service expectations.
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years commercial and personal lines claim experience
- University / College degree
- Enrollment in or completion of the CIP (FCIP) Designation
- Property, Automobile, AB, BI or CGL Subject Matter Expert
- Previous experience with Guidewire Claims Center along with Guidewire integration
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
