Applications are invited for the position of Academic Quality Consultant in the Centre for Academic Excellence, located at the Welland Campus. The salary range is $68,911 to $86,140 for a 35-hour work week. Additional hours may be required, as necessary.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, documentation, communications and orientation guides for the program review process
- Generate purpose-built visualizations, maps, and reports on curriculum and advise faculty and staff on the interpretation of data and related methods of evaluation of program design and content.
- Research, design, develop, evaluate regularly, and maintain all aspects of the Niagara College Curriculum Development handbook.
- Ensure the integrity of the academic change process at Niagara College by reviewing the accuracy, currency and completeness of all major and minor academic program curriculum and course modifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in a related field (Masters of Education degree preferred; PhD is considered an asset)
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience, preferably in a post-secondary education environment
- Experience researching, designing, delivering, evaluating and refining Quality Assurance services and resources in a post-secondary teaching and learning environment.
- Experience in curriculum assessment, visualization, design, and development.
- Strong project management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Strong written and oral communication, organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
