**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable**:

- Process all daily financial transactions related to the company's vendors and service providers.
- Maintain accurate vendor accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and on time.
- Review, code, and process payment requests from various departments.
- Assess and process vendor invoices promptly to ensure timely payment.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues or queries regarding invoices or payments.
- Regularly review and maintain updated vendor PAD (Pre-authorized Debit) agreements.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of relevant tax forms and reports.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Process approved expense forms and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports for the accounting department.
- Assist the accounting and operations teams with clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate and distribute internal communications and reports to relevant stakeholders.
- **General Support**:

- Perform other duties as needed to support day-to-day office and accounting operations.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or finance-related roles.
- 3+ years of vendor management experience (preferred).
- Experience working with Microsoft Accounting Systems and Applications (Microsoft Dynamics NAV would be an asset).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and internal teams.
- Adherence to company policies on confidentiality and cybersecurity.

**Reporting Structure**:

- The position reports directly to the accounting controller or HR manager.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
