**About this role**

**Carrier Commercial HVAC** has an opportunity for an **Accounts Payable Coordinator** to join the team in **Mississauga**.

Working under the supervision of the Regional Operations Manager the **Accounts Payable Coordinator** will be responsible for Accounts Payable actions.

This is a** hybrid role**in the** Mississauga office.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for Accounts Payable processes and calculations
- Update and maintain Accounts Payable records, portal and vendor lists
- Help with reconciliation of Accounts Payable, address notes and reports discrepancies found in records
- Participate in the Accounts Payable analysis to verify internal consistency, completeness and accuracy
- Assist with preparation of Accounts Payable financial reports, correspondence and documentation
- Work with vendor maintenance team on account changes and setups
- Support tax and accounting activities when needed
- Comply with federal**,**provincial and company policies, procedures, and regulations related to Accounts Payable

**Basic Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year plus of experience in finance, accounts payable or accounting support

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Detail accuracy and problem-solving
- Multi-task and deadline orientated
- English written and verbal skills
