Burlington, Canada Jobsite Industrial Rental Services Full time

With our continued expansion, we have an immediate requirement for a Sales Coordinator. As with all of our Jobsite locations, the branch is goal orientated and customer driven, relying on our team environment for success.

- Collaborate with Sales Staff to create and maintain sales reports;
- Communicate and engage with Sales reps both outside and inside;
- Excellence in communication and follow up to sales rep requests;
- Create, engage, track and monitor sales targets;
- Work with Product support on disposition and sales tactics for selling off;
- Attend Sales Training and train reps on new tactics;
- Support Senior Management with daily requests;
- Monitor and manage CRM progress and assist with creating best practices;
- Maintain Sales records and track progress each month for all revenue generation;
- Work and build a lead generation data base;
- Set up calls and potential leads for sales staff;
- Monitor all Lead generation sites, scout new opportunities, set appointments for reps;
- Host Sales calls with the team to offer training, support and new tactics;
- Generate sales leads and source more wallet share.

**Key Qualifications**
- The ability to provide excellent customer relations while keeping a positive attitude;
- Previous experience in a related field, and knowledge of industrial equipment and tooling
- Attention to detail and effective paperwork organization;
- A self-starter, with a keen sense of time-management and effective planning skills
- The ability to work and make decisions independently
- Good communication and people skills, and the desire to work effectively within a team environment;
- Ability to cater to customer schedules, after-hour events and emergencies
- A clean driver’s abstract is mandatory.

**Additional Qualifications**
- Proficiency/prior experience with Systematics would be considered an asset;
- Technical aptitude of Industrial Tooling Solutions would be considered and asset.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
