At Vicwest we are "Building for Tomorrow", We are currently looking for an **Product Sales** **Coordinator (IMP)** for our **Burlington Office**. Since 1930, Vicwest has been North America’s metal structure experts - engineering and manufacturing metal roofing and wall systems that withstand our harshest climates. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Canada’s best known building materials suppliers as it embarks on a significant growth journey through new product launches & market penetration. As part of the Kingspan Group, Vicwest has an ambitious sustainability program revolving around the impact of building materials on the environment. **Position Summary**: The Product Sales (IMP) Coordinator reports directly into the National Project Coordinator - IMP and as a key member of the sales and coordination team at the Burlington office, is responsible to coordinate and process national sales orders while also analyzing supplier production and shipping schedules. This position will focus directly on the Insulated Metal Panels (IMP) product line. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. SALES ORDER ENTRY & COORDINATION - Be the single point of contact for all IMP sales orders processing and coordinating orders with sales and logistics teams. 2. COMMUNICATION OF PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING SCHEDULES - Produce and present regular and ongoing management reports on production and delivery status from supplier and working toward increasing efficiencies as a team. **Qualifications**: - Bilingualism (French) preferred - Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Administration, or another related field. - 1 - 3 years of experience with building materials, or within the construction industry. - Project management experience in manufacturing environment. - Demonstrate a strong ability to multi-task, handle timelines, and close attention to details. - Computer proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills for reporting purposes. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. **Interested in this role?** **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: Up to $65,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Company events - Dental care - Disability insurance - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - RRSP match - Tuition reimbursement - Vision care Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Burlington, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Education**: - DCS / DEC (required) **Experience**: - Manufacturing: 3 years (required) - SAP: 1 year (preferred) - Customer service: 3 years (required) Work Location: One location
