**Job Title**: Supply Chain Operations Specialist

**Duties**
- Review weekly Inventory Cycle Count for accuracy and review findings with the warehouse team.
- Review weekly adjustments and work with internal teams to ensure root cause analysis is provided by the warehouse team for SKUs that are below the inventory accuracy KPI.
- Perform weekly inventory Expiry and Batch ID analysis and coordinate with warehouse team for any changes to the inventory data.
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliation and provide detailed analysis and explanations for differences in data.
- Perform weekly critical inventory review to identify SKUs that are low in inventory and highlight to management.
- Identify SKUs that require replenishment and coordinate transfers between warehouses.
- Review and create new SKU’s in databases as required and coordinate between teams for review of product specs.
- Support any inventory related inquiries from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Request warehouse team to update data related to products that are damaged, expired, or blocked.
- Support Standard Operating Procedures creation and process updates as required
- Support inventory team with order fulfillment inquiries and orders review

**Requirements**:
**_Education & Experience_**
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Business, Logistics, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies with a focus on data analysis and tracking

**_Skills: _**
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to supervise and guide a team
- Good organizational and proactive critical thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations in order to identify and resolve issues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
