You will have the responsibility of acquiring new clients for charity organizations and performing well in a client-facing environment.

**Compensation**:

- Guaranteed base pay
- Daily bonus structure
- Average annual pay ranges from $45,000 $60,000 (including bonuses)
- Travel opportunities across Canada and the US where our offices are located
- Rapid internal promotion structure available

**Responsibilities**:

- You will provide hands-on explanations of the charity's vision and campaigns and conduct donor acquisitions using various customer sales methods (i.e. residential canvassing, face-to-face marketing, cold calling, presentations, etc.)
- Develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent at the minimum
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanour
- Excellent verbal communication skills

**To Succeed, You Will Need to Have**
- A dynamic personality with an ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Up to $60,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
