Are you a multitasking extraordinaire with a keen ability to support the administrative objectives of a dynamic small business? As the outbound logistics contact for the company, the Administrative Liaison at Perfect Surfaces provides a support role to the Leadership team, a liaison role between the Sales and Operations teams, regularly interacts with shipping vendors, and provides customer support from the time payment is received to when the order is complete. The functions of this role are varied in nature, best suited to an adaptable individual with a friendly and positive presence.

The full time Administrative Liaison position is compensated semi-monthly (starting rate based on qualifications and performance), and is eligible for group benefits after successful completion of the probationary period.

**What are the Job Functions of the Perfect Surfaces’ Administrative Liaison?**
- Support the Leadership Team with pricing and e-commerce updates
- Support the Sales Team with post-sale customer support
- Support the Operations Team with outbound shipment tracking
- Liaise between Sales Team and Operations Team
- Serve as customer support for order shipment inquiries
- Serve as the first point of contact for shipping vendors
- Support the Leadership Team with freight billing and A/R
- Manage and organize internal files
- Support the Leadership Team to accomplish organizational objectives by completing related tasks as needed

**What We Are Looking For?**
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: integral for interacting with customers, shipping vendors, and team members professionally and effectively
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: critical for ensuring accuracy in data entry, order processing, and other administrative tasks
- Adaptability and Willingness to Learn: necessary for undertaking new projects and adjusting to changing priorities and deadlines with growth mindset
- Outstanding Organizational and Time Management Skills: essential for managing multiple tasks and priorities, and effectively prioritizing workload as new projects demand attention
- E-commerce program experience is an asset
- Adobe Suite experience is an asset
- Logistics & shipping experience is an asset
- Customer service experience is an asset
- High proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Experience working with ERP and/or CRM software is required
- Minimum of two years experience in an office administration role is required

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
