**Who are we looking for**:
**What you will do**:

- Lead a team of creative professionals to create and execute innovative Experiential Graphic Design (EGD) solutions in keeping with the design approach/process of our studio
- Be a key partner on fast-paced interdisciplinary projects in collaboration with our studios Architects and Interior Designers.
- Design and specify components of Wayfinding and Signage systems for fabrication and installation intent, including design specifications, details and sections.
- Ensure designs follow project schedules and quality standards.
- Liaise directly with clients.
- Responsible for financial review of projects, fee proposal preparation and RFP collaboration.
- Lead client presentations and participate in Business Development in collaboration with our Marketing team and leadership.
- Oversee and/or assist the work of the EGD team.

**What you will bring**:

- Degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Communication, Industrial, Experiential, Environmental Design or Architectural background
- 5-10 years of experience in schematic design through to execution relating to Signage and Wayfinding, Environmental Graphics, and user-experience based Branded Environments projects
- Exceptional knowledge of Signage and Wayfinding strategies and solutions, including fabrication and mounting details and knowledge of accessibility guidelines.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, MS Office
- Revit, CAD and/or SketchUp software knowledge is an asset
