As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for collaborating closely with our teams to produce engaging, informative, and integrated graphics that create memorable and immersive experiences.This position is a hybrid role, providing flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days a week.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInterpret brand standards and create style guides to create engaging and exciting designs for digital, print, and experiential elementsCollaborate with cross-departmental teams to finalize the integration of environmental graphics within an event landscapeContribute to and incorporate design strategies as part of your outputManage specification and tracking of graphic components to meet project scope and budgetReport back to the project team to ensure client creative objectives are incorporated into the overall project planDirect the work of design resources in the development of production files as assignedYOUR QUALIFICATIONSPost-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Media Production or related fieldA minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Concept/Design DevelopmentProficient in industry standard tools such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign)Expert Knowledge in designing 3D environments applying development processes and leading the development of detailed drawing setsStrong knowledge of visual modular construction and assembly techniques, lighting, color theory, composition, graphics and post process effectsExperience managing content and media development and directing the work of part-time resourcesDiversity CommitmentAt BaAM, our commitment to diversity and inclusion is helping us to create not only a great place to work, but also an environment where our employees, our customers and our communities around the world can reach their goals and connect with each other.
