About the Opportunity Situated within UJA’s Integrated Development Department, the Marketing Team is the voice and brand of the organization. As a Graphic Designer, you will conceptualize, design, and produce print, digital and experiential projects, collaborating with writers, marketing managers, and fundraising professionals. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual and event concepts. Lead creative and production design of projects, events, and experiences. Translate concepts across email, web, print, social, and event signage. Ensure design quality, consistency, and delivery by project deadlines. Qualifications & Experience A degree in Design, Communications/Advertising or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer. Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; motion design software a plus. Excellent portfolio demonstrating high‑quality ideation and diverse marketing campaigns. Passionate advocate of UJA’s mission, values, and goals. Strong creative vision and ability to collaborate effectively. Ability to handle pressure, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks. Excellent design and typography skills; file preparation for print and digital. Experience reviewing print proofs and samples. Excellent time‑management, organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Copywriting skills are an asset. Experience with Stripo and Campaign Monitor is an asset. Non‑profit experience is an asset. Full‑time permanent position, Union Level 4 with flexible hybrid work schedule and supportive benefits.
