At this time, iGuard360° is actively seeking _**Part-Time and On-Call**_ _**Concierge Security Guards**_ **to assist at our condominium sites in Ottawa, ON**. The concierge security guard will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the property, residents, and visitors while providing excellent customer service. This role emphasizes maintaining a welcoming and secure environment, addressing any concerns professionally, and acting as a key point of contact for all residents and guests.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Maintain a positive, professional working relationships with residents, clients, and visitors.
- Ensure that the privacy, and confidentiality of information of residents, clients and staff information is maintained at all times.
- Conduct Access Control and Interior/Exterior Patrols
- Monitor security and building safety systems such as CCTV, Fire, Alarms and Access Control Systems
- Enforce Client rules, Trespass to Property Act and Municipal By-Laws
- Receive and store resident's parcels, issuing parking permits, provide access to and supervision of contractors on site
- Complete daily logs and reports as well as incident reports as required
- **Requirements**:_
- Valid Ontario Security License
- High level of personal integrity
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Problem solving skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Must have access to a Vehicle
- **Education / Experience**:_
- Previous industry experience is an asset
- Additional industry-related training (e.g., Hospitality Training, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention) is an asset, but not required
- Completion of or enrollment in a Police Foundations, Law & Security Administration, or other relevant program is an asset, but not required
- **Special Certifications needed**:_
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- CPR Certificate Level C
- Ontario Driver's License

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $17.20-$17.70 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Overtime
