**Position**: Security Guard - WEEKEND

**Site**: Condominium Building

**Status**: WEEKEND FROM 11:00pm to 7:00am / SATURDAY AND SUNDAY

**Pay Rate**: $17.20 to $20.00 per hour. Opportunity to earn more depending on skills, qualification and leadership experience.
- Ensure the safety and protection of residents and building property
- Enforce access control
- Internal and external foot patrolling of the building property
- Respond and deescalate incidents
- Prepare written reports as required
- Monitor security camera and CCTV
- Respond to resident requests
- Build strong relationships with residents and contractors
- Programming FOB’s and garage remotes

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid work permit
- Security background check
- Moderate physical activity: standing and/or walking for entirety of shift
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Remain calm and effectively perform in emergency situations
- Adhere to our Code of Ethics in performing job requirements
- Able to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
