**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about the latest fashion and design trends and product offerings to better assist customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall performance.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling purposes.
- Familiarity with retail sales is a plus, along with experience in conducting product demos.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
