Our upcoming self-serve iSPA Lounge in the Capilano Mall looking for a part-time local sale associates to help to sell our robotic massage sessions to the mall visitors.

Responsibilities and Duties

Assists in maximizing store sales and achieving store sales goals.
- Organizing the visual merchandising standards for the store are maintained including the cleaning and sanitization fixtures
- Ensures excellence in customer service in the store by modeling brand-specific service standards as well as by monitoring customer feedback and responding to and addressing all customer concerns quickly.
- Coordinates with marketing and sales team to promote the brand in the area.
- Selling the lounge package or pass to increase store revenue

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- High school diploma, Associated Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
- One+ years related retail or service-oriented experience and/or training
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English communication (written and verbal)

Part-time hours: Starting from 5-8 hours per week
