**Retail Sales Associate at our Vancouver Chinatown Branch**

Forum Home Appliances is an established yet fast growing retail, wholesale, and repair shop for name brand kitchenware and small appliances, with three retail branches in Metro Vancouver.

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to provide prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to our clients and customers. Retail Sales Associates are be responsible for meeting targeted sales goals in a team environment, and consistently delivering in accordance with the high standards of our company's defined goals.

As a Forum Home Appliances Retail Sales Associate, your role will exemplify our brand image as an ambassador, and will provide positive experiences to all customers.

Permanent Full Time positions are currently available for our branch in Vancouver, BC.

Fluency in English, Cantonese is an asset.

Previous retail experience is an asset but not required.
- Outgoing, personal, and professional
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Fluency in English, Cantonese an asset
- Basic computer skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong team player
- Friendly demeanor, compassionate, helpful
