Reaching out to potential customers, presenting financial services solutions, and closing sales. Manage outbound calls, actively engage with clients, and provide a high level of service to build long-term relationships.

Compensation: $17.50 per hour (approx. $37,000 per year)

**What You'll Do**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients
- Promote and sell financial products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate and helpful information
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize sales strategies
- Record and document all sales activity accurately in the CRM system

**What We're Looking For**:

- Flexible availability - shifts will be a mixture of morning, afternoon and weekend
- Previous experience in outbound sales or a call center environment preferred
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a goal-driven mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-volume sales setting
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Availability to work hybrid based on our London, ON office on a full-time basis
