**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service while focusing on providing insurance solutions tailored to the needs of our clients, including commercial and personal lines.
- Proactively engage in outbound calls to expand our client base and generate leads for commercial and personal insurance.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the agency.
- Advocate for clients, ensuring they choose the best insurance solutions to protect themselves and their families.
- Strive to maintain a comprehensive understanding of our insurance products and industry regulations to provide the highest level of service.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Passion for helping people and ensuring that insurance solutions are based on the individual's needs.
- Willingness to obtain both a General Insurance License and a Life Insurance License.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for sales and business growth.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Commitment to setting and achieving challenging sales goals on a regular basis.

**Compensation**:

- Starting base salary and commission will be based on prior experience and performance.

Base Annual Salary Range to Start (Depending on Experience): $37000 to $45000

Average Annual Commission and Bonuses: $7000 to $25000
- Unique customized benefit package will be provided after the probation period, tailored to individual needs.
