In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in both languages.Compensation: $21.00 per hour (approx. $43,000 per year)What You'll Do:Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information in both French and EnglishResolve customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels and adhering to company standardsMaintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customersHandling inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat inquiries in both languagesDocument interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our systemsCollaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficientlyIND01What We're Looking For:Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is required.
