**Position Overview**:Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for sales and are looking for a growth opportunity? As a Sales Consultant at Canada CarMatcher, you will play a critical role in selling vehicles, working with the management team to achieve targets, ensuring the sales process is closely adhered to and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help us build strong customer relationships, push to exceed sales targets, and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.

This is a role for a strong self-starter with experience in auto sales looking to grow their knowledge in the automotive industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide information about available vehicles and their features.
- Create engaging media content in collaboration with the marketing team to draw in new clients and engage current customers
- Conduct test drives with potential buyers.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with manager support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions
- Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders
- Guide customers through the financing process, explaining terms, rates, and repayment options in a clear and understandable manner.
- Collect necessary documentation and ensure compliance with FCAA
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any questions or concerns regarding financing terms or agreements.
- Protect the legal and financial welfare of the dealership.
- Increase brand awareness through multiple sources such as customer calls, social media and internet outreach.
- Perform administrative duties as required
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.

**What You'll Need**:

- 2 - 4 Year Experience in automotive sales is required
- Experience working with start-ups, in a start-up or in the start-up industry
- Proven experience in a sales role in the automotive or related industry
- Experience selling financial & insurance products preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: $35,360.00-$130,000.00 per year
